When there is no clear prophetic vision, people quickly wander astray. But when you follow the revelation of the word, heaven’s bliss fills your soul. Proverbs 29:18
Vision is huge and intimate at the same time, and is so personal. It is a seed planted deep inside your soul and eventually grows to become a part of you. When God opens up His realm of mystery and reveals to you a piece of His heart, it is a defining moment that you will never forget. God is entrusting His plan to you. Each time vision is revealed it brands your heart. His vision for our lives is a journey.
Reflect back on the vision God has placed in your heart. Visions from God prophesies and gives clarity for your future! To be a visionary we must be schooled in the presence of God as we are on the path to our destiny.
For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it hastens towards the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries wait for it; for it will certainly come, it will not delay. Habakkuk 2:3 (NASB)
Lord, direct me throughout my journey so I can experience your plans for my life. Reveal the life-paths that are pleasing to you. Psalm 25:4 (TPT)
His vision for our lives is not as much about the destination as it is about the journey. The quest is as vital as the conquest. God loves our destination. He created us to be at our destination but it is the journey to our destination that brings the most joy to His heart because it is the journey where we are matured.
Maturing does not result from experience, but comes from the reflection of experience that brings clarity. Because of this dynamic all acquired wisdom is painful. The pain is part of the journey as all practical wisdom comes at a price
You maybe on the path to your destiny, exhausted and bruised by the journey. I want to encourage you today that pain will end and you will come out the other side wiser, stronger and more mature. Fulfilling your vision is to important for you to give up. Keep going, Visionary! You can do this!
